Green Energy Europe provides a range of services, connected with a relocation of the biomass TPP high-tech equipment from the EU countries to Ukraine, as well as its modernization and transfer to other types of fuel.
The range of provided services includes the following types of works:
- selection of a site for the power station construction (monitoring and selection of sites for construction of TPP, based on the resource and raw material components of the region, opportunity and cost of grid connection, formalizing the right to use the land plot; re-zoning of the land plot to "energy grounds", conducting public hearings);
- design of bio-TPP (survey works, basic engineering, detail engineering, approximation);
- selection and purchase the complete thermal power plant in the EU countries (market monitoring, negotiations, inspections and technical audit of equipment, legal and customs consulting);
- managing of the TPP decommissioning (organization of decommissioning works, dismantling, packing, marking, loading of overall trucks, oversize cargo loading, disposal of hazardous substances, risk insurance - up to 1 million euro);
- transportation and customs clearance (company customs accreditation, customs clearance, logistics, forwarding, warehousing and equipment parts accounting);
- construction and equipment installation (site preparation for construction, civil works, installation of metal structures, equipment, electric parts and automation systems);
- regional grid connection (acquisition of technical conditions for grid connection, approximation of the grid connection scheme with regional and heat and power authorities, design of external networks scheme, detail engineering of power lines and substations reconstruction, construction and installation works, equipment commissioning);
- object commissioning (entry into operation, commissioning, functional testing, staff training);
- obtaining the "green" tariff, documentary support (obtaining a license for electricity production, confirmation of a local component to obtain tariff surcharge, approval of a "green" tariff for electricity production, registration of WEM membership, signing a contract for electricity sale to the Enerrgorynok State Enterprise).
To ensure compliance with the above-mentioned production tasks maintaining the appropriate technical level, the Green Energy Europe has sufficient production and technical capabilities, including the technological base and highly skilled engineering and technical personnel.
